The most significant difference is the language. The Respondent version is intended for the respondent and uses second person pronouns i.e., you, yourself etc.

The Facilitator version is intended for the coach, consultant, recruiter or manager and uses third person pronouns i.e., them, they etc. The Facilitator version also includes additional content such as a Raw Scores table.
