Cognitive Ability / Reasoning Analysis Instructions
Reasoning Analysis or Aptitude tests identify your potential to grasp new skills. They examine problem solving, learning on the fly and agility to change.
They yield specific information about areas of cognitive strength and weakness. This information is helpful for:
- Identifying tasks that come easily to a person, assisting with job fit.
- Identifying development areas.
IMPORTANT:
- The questionnaire must be completed on a computer or laptop device. Some of the tests include interactive objects that cannot be viewed effectively on a mobile or tablet.
- You are permitted to use a pen and paper to assist you.
- Each test has a time limit. Most candidates will not have enough time to complete each test, so it is important to work quickly and accurately to get as many correct answers as possible.
- Within each test, you can use the arrow to navigate backwards to change an answer, as long as you are still within the allowed time period. Once you click on ‘Submit’, you will no longer be able to make changes.
- Different tests have different time limits.
- There is a right answer, and wrong answers, for every question.
