DISC Accreditation Process

The Extended DISC® accreditation equips professionals with the expertise to interpret, apply, and facilitate behavioural assessments effectively. This certification includes three progressively advanced levels, each enhancing understanding of human behaviour and its applications in the workplace

Level One – Practitioner

Perfect for beginners, this level introduces the Extended DISC® model, covering behaviour profiling, communication styles, and motivation. Participants gain the skills to debrief assessments, identify behavioural patterns, and facilitate DISC workshops designed to improve workplace dynamics.

Level Two – Advanced

Tailored for Level 1 graduates, Level 2 focuses on complex workplace applications, including team building, leadership, recruitment, and sales strategies. It incorporates multiple assessment tools to address deeper performance and productivity challenges. Participation in this level is not mandatory.

Level Three – Master Trainer

Designed for experienced practitioners, this “train-the-trainer” level prepares participants to deliver Level 1 and 2 training. With its strong focus on facilitation, it is an optional step for those looking to accredit others.
